The greatest result I’ve had is that I feel stronger! I was struggling to run further than 3 miles before I started the strength training and even then, I was constantly worried that my knee would “go”. In the past few weeks, I have been increasing my mileage a tiny bit each week and have been running pain free. It has boosted my confidence and I’m looking forward to racing again next year!”
